In addition to any opt-out feature provided by any of the services listed in this document, Users may follow the instructions provided by YourOnlineChoices (EU), the Network Advertising Initiative (US) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar initiatives. Such initiatives allow Users to select their tracking preferences for most of the advertising tools. The Owner thus recommends that Users make use of these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.
The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an application called AppChoices that helps Users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.
Users may also opt out of certain advertising features through applicable device settings, such as the device advertising settings for mobile phones or ads settings in general.

How we use Google APIs and data
Potrus CPA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google APIs are leveraged to allow users to:
– Create and log in to Close accounts using OAuth
– Send emails
– Schedule calendar events – Identify emails and events related to sales activities and display them within the app
– Display emails and events which match sales leads in our system on the lead for everyone to view (who have a Close account)
Sift Science
We use the personal information we collect in connection with providing you our services to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. We share this information with Sift, a third-party service provider to assist us with this effort. To learn more about Sift, please see their Service Privacy Notice.

We keep customer data only for as long as an account is active or for a limited time as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We will also retain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will either delete or anonymize your information after a reasonable amount of time, or securely store and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible, if deletion is not feasible. When we no longer have a legitimate business reason to process your data, we will securely delete, anonymize, or store it securely and isolate it from further processing until it can be deleted. We will delete this information sooner if requested.
